1. Types of Data Collected
I do not collect and store data on my website. Via third-party services in games, however, the following is collected:
- Cookies (small sets of data stored in your machine or device)
- IP address
- Operating system
- Mobile device identifiers (device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI)
Data comes from you or is collected automatically. Unless said otherwise, my Service requires the data it requests. If it cannot be provided, then the Service may fail to function. The use of cookies or other tracking tools is for the Service’s purpose.
You are responsible for any third-party data obtained, published, or shared through my Service. You confirm that you have the third party’s consent to provide it.
2. Processing Data
I take proper security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaking, modification, or destruction of data. Data is processed through methods linked to this purpose. It may be accessed by anyone involved in operation of my Service.

The Service may process data related to you if one of the following applies:

- Processing is needed to comply with a legal obligation to which I am subject.
- Processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of an authority vested in me.
- Processing is needed for third-party interests.
2.2. Place
The data is processed locally and in locations of other parties. Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transfers to another country.
You have the right learn about data transfers to a country outside the European Union (EU) or any international organization such as the United Nations (UN). You can also learn about measures I take to protect your data.
2.3. Purpose
Your data is collected to allow the Service to work.
3. Third Parties
3.1. Advertising
You may see banner and video advertisements by Start.io Inc.—a third-party network—in games. If you interact with any of these, they may collect data and tune category choices based on your interests. Please review the privacy policy of any advertiser if you have concerns before you interact.
3.2. Opting out of Targeted Ads
To opt-out of personalized advertising in iOS 15 and later, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and switch off Allow Apps to Request to Track. Below that option, you can also disable tracking for individual apps. Either way, opting out prevents the collection of mobile device identifiers.
3.3. In-App Transactions
Apple Inc. handles every purchase you make within my games as well as the data sent. I am responsible for only making the goods available.
